As a new patient, after reading some of the reviews, I was a bit skeptical, but location of the office prevailed in my case and I went anyways. I was pleasantly surprised by the front desk greeting and by the level of professionalism received from the hygienist that worked with me. Her name is Mary and she is awesome. She cleaned my teeth, completed all the exams and took a few x-ray pictures. Then the dentist arrived and immediately I understood why some of the reviews were so bad - my advise not to take it personal, he isn't the one you are going to spend your time with, and if you book, book with Mary and you will never be left disappointed.
PS The dentist told me after looking at my x-rays - hmmm, you should take better care of your teeth, you have soooooooooooooooooo many filings!!! Well, Mister, some people, like me have 9 filings only so we can simply eat and drink without agonizing pain due to a severe gum recession. I had 9 filings done at the necks of my front teeth where my measurement was 5 and greater. The balance are 30+ years old legacy of the wonderful Soviet dental system, where such thing as a preventive dentistry did not exist.
